Polite guy with bright yellow jacket said he may have missed the little no parking sign himself, but had to get me anyhow. Polite woman on customer service line said "sorry, can't give you any mercy, call back if you ever get done on a meter, and i'll see what i can do". Polite Tom got nowhere .. one of the VERY few reasons not to live in a city i guess. ah well.
